• I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service to get exposure and links to other websites.
• Implement a marketing plan for you.
• Communicate with you to review progress periodically.
• Advise you of changes in the market climate.
• Be there with you at the title company when you close on the property to make sure all paper work is in order and you receive your funds in the correct manner.

To help you buy a home:

• I will assist you in viewing of homes you are qualified to buy.
• Assist with you in writing an offer and negotiating until offer is accepted.
• Guide you through the option period to have an inspection on the home to see if there is deferred maintenance as well as having repairs completed before you purchase the house and move in.
• Stay in communication with the title company, lender and appraiser to make sure all steps are being taken in a timely manner by each party for closing on the property.
